CarPow, a leading car loans company in New Zealand, sought to enhance their loan processing efficiency by integrating an AI assistant into their custom CRM system. This project aimed to streamline the car loan review process and improve customer interactions through advanced AI capabilities.
Objectives :
Integrate OpenAI's assistant with CarPow's existing CRM.
Automate the review of car loan applications using AI.
Generate insightful questions for customers based on AI analysis.
Improve overall decision-making efficiency and customer service.
Solution
Leveraging C# and .NET technologies, we developed a seamless integration between CarPow’s CRM and OpenAI's API. The integration allows the CRM to send JSON payloads containing application information and decision metrics to the AI. The AI then conducts a thorough review based on predefined rules and returns actionable outcomes.
